Today on Yom Hashoah, the world remembers the Holocaust. 
The Berlin Holocaust Memorial (Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe) by U.S. architect Peter Eisenman is composed of winding pathways through a labyrinth of concrete slabs. Describing the project, Eisenman said, "In this monument there is no goal, no end, no working one's way in or out."
